Tech Support at Fairview Library

Having tech problems? Drop by between 10am and 11:30am on Wednesdays and get one-on-one basic tech support from Angie with phones, laptops, tablets, Kindles, or apps. Among other things, Angie can help you get started using the Libby eReader and audiobook app, set up NC Cardinal access so you can search our catalog and request or renew books on your own, or show you how to optimize or navigate quirks with your smart phone. Please note: if your tech issue requires logging on to an account, be sure to bring your username and password! The scheduled time for this service is 10am to noon, but please arrive by 11:30 in order to be seen. This is a first come first served weekly event. Angie is a Fairview Library Assistant who has decades of experience setting up, managing and troubleshooting computers in her professional life.
