Sonic Journey with Himalayan Singing Bowls

November is the final month of sessions here in Asheville before I move to South Florida. If you've been meaning to come, or want one more journey together, now is the time. Sonic Journey Through Sound Settle in for an immersive experience where ancient wisdom meets modern well-being. Let the resonant tones of Himalayan singing bowls wash over you — quieting the mind, softening the body, and bringing you back to yourself before the week begins. Guided by Vivek, this sound bath features over 40 handcrafted bowls, each offering a rich spectrum of intricate, deeply somatic frequencies and overtones. More than sound alone, these grounding harmonics can gently shift your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual states — helping you reset and step into the week with clarity and balance. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. https://somaticsounds.net/events/
